Design is an all-encompassing word, from voice to vision. Ensuring the proper messaging exists from the beginning is vital, it is not something that can be done at the end. It takes great effort to use 5 words and not 50. It’s even harder to find the image that says 1000. Sourcing messaging and media, first, is a step that cannot be overlooked.

Only once done do we move into the design. Creating user experiences that flow and interactions that click. Identifying what will go wrong is the best way to avoid it. Finally, we move to visual where things come to life, and you can make users feel the experience emotionally.
