Zombie Industries needed to display a video of their exploding/bleeding zombie targets on their category pages with Shopp. Unfortunately, Shopp wasn’t processing the shortcode as I expected. Here is a quick fix to get shortcodes to work with Shopp category descriptions.
Looks like WordCamp San Diego is officially sold out of regular tickets, there are a couple of sponsorship packages available still. Better hurry up if you want one of those! That’s what happens when you sleep on a great event like this.
After a couple of days to digest the events of WordCamp OC, we wanted to provide to, the single reader of our blog, a recap.
ALoN David runs WordPress to power his San Diego Wedding Photography blog. He needed an interactive way to feature his work on the blog’s homepage. We created cross platform homepage that displays his featured image and allows users to filter by category. Take a look at ALoN’s Photography Blog.
We bought a whole bunch of tickets to WordCamp Orange County coming up on May 14th. Our plan was to give them away to all of our friends, but it turns out we don’t have that many friends.
Now that we’ve had time to decompress from our trip to Phoenix, here’s a quick wrap up of the event.
Not only does BinaryM love WordPress, we are huge fans of WordCamps. If you are a WordPress developer, designer or end user, WordCamps are simply the best ticket around. In the past few years, we have hit stops for San Francisco, Los Angles and Orange County and this week we are headed out of state to WordCamp Phoenix.
