The Client

Mesa Liquor, AKA San Diego Beer Store, is one of San Diego’s premier Craft Beer destinations. They have an extensive collection of beers but had difficulty in presenting and managing their inventory for clients that travel from as far as Arizona.

The Project

Starting with a BinaryM WordPress theme, our development team got right to work on a custom beer inventory plugin for their WordPress install. This plugin makes it easy for the client to upload inventory and organize beers by bottle size and quantity to scores on sites like Rate Beer and Beer Advocate.

In addition to presenting inventory, we wanted to provide our client with the ability to capture detailed purchase preferences so we could tailor email marketing moving forward. Using the conditional logic options with Gravity Forms, we are able to present questions to the users based on purchase preference. Allowing for us to collect only what data we need without a cumbersome form.
