The Client
RMD Motors is an expert in dealing rare and classic motorcycles. They have been exporting bikes from Japan and other countries for more than 20 years. RMD Motors needed to migrate away from Joomla to help simplify their website maintenance.
The Project
Our team began by refreshing their stie design and then created a custom WordPress site for them. We set up the “Bikes for Sale” and “Parts” pages as custom post types and use YARRP to cross link items. The site also contains a breakdown of bikes for sale by brand in the left sidebar, complete with dropdown menus.
The page for “Bikes We’ve Sold” displays all images that are associated with the page. Using a jQuery library, photos of all of the previously sold bikes are organized in easy to view thumbnails.
